Membership Subscription Benefits
Kimi offers four membership subscription plans to meet needs ranging from everyday personal use to intensive professional work.
All products share one credit pool. You can view your usage details under My → Membership Plan → Credits and Invoices → My Credits → Usage Details.
Kimi membership features such as website deployment, Deep Research, PPT, Kimi Code, Kimi Work, and Kimi Claw will deduct membership credits. At the chat entry, K2.6 is free for all users and does not consume membership credits.

Use Cases and Recommendations
- Everyday use: For occasional document writing or PPT creation, choose Andante (¥49/month).
- Productivity upgrade: If you code frequently (see Kimi Code), need professional databases for work, or use Agent Swarm lightly, choose Moderato (¥99/month).
- Professional choice: If you need to deploy a dedicated Kimi Claw assistant and use Agent Swarm more often with higher parallelism for batch tasks, choose Allegretto (¥199/month).
- All-in-one premium: If you use all features heavily and want the largest credits and highest efficiency, choose Allegro (¥699/month).
Billing
- Credit pool: All membership features, including website deployment, Deep Research, PPT, Kimi Code, Kimi Work, Kimi Claw, K3, and K3 Swarm, share one credit pool and are deducted based on actual token consumption. If any feature uses up the credits, your use of other features will also be affected.
- Kimi Code limit: Kimi Code also has a separate 5-hour-per-week usage limit. This limit applies only to Kimi Code and does not affect other membership features.
- Monthly refresh: Credits are refreshed automatically each billing cycle.

What is a token?
A token is the smallest unit of text processed by an LLM. In Chinese, 1 Chinese character is usually about 1–2 tokens; in English, 1 word is usually about 1–1.5 tokens. Both what you enter and what Kimi outputs consume tokens.
How do I estimate token consumption for a task?
- A typical conversation with a few hundred words of Q&A: a few hundred to around 1,000 tokens
- Creating a simple PPT: about 1–2% of monthly credits
- One Deep Research task: about 5–10% of monthly credits
- Writing a piece of code: about 0.5–2% of monthly credits
The more complex the task and the longer the context, the more tokens it consumes. You can check your remaining credits anytime on the Settings → Subscription page.
Annual Subscription Discount
Choose a continuous annual subscription to save up to ¥1,680. Recommended for long-term users.
FAQs
How do I request an invoice?
Visit kimi.com, click your avatar in the lower-left corner → Settings → Subscription → Billing → Request Invoice.
- Change the recipient email: Go to the subscription page, click the “Invoiced” button for the corresponding order, update the email address, and click “Resend”.
- Incorrect invoice information: Please email [email protected] with the original invoice and the correct invoice information. We will reissue it for you as soon as possible.
How do I upgrade my membership plan?
Visit kimi.com, click your avatar in the lower-left corner → Membership Plan, select the new plan you want, and complete payment.
When you upgrade, we will calculate a refund based on the remaining days of your current membership. The new membership benefits take effect immediately on the upgrade date, with no waiting required.
How long are membership benefits valid?
Monthly and annual membership benefits are both issued on a monthly cycle. Membership benefits are valid for 30 days from the date the subscription takes effect.
Unused benefits during the subscription period will be automatically cleared after expiry. Please use them in time.
How do I check my credit usage?
- Web: Click your avatar in the lower-left corner → Settings → Subscription
- App: My → Membership Plan → Subscription
You can view your current credit balance as a percentage, the next refresh time, and the latest 1,000 usage records, including usage time, feature, and consumption percentage.
Usage detail data may have a short delay. Please refer to the current credit display.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Tasks already in progress can be completed normally. New tasks will show an insufficient credits prompt. You can:
- Wait for credits to refresh automatically (5-hour, weekly, or monthly refresh; please refer to the page prompts)
- Upgrade to a higher-tier membership for more credits
- Join official campaigns to receive bonus credits
Can I use all credits on one feature?
Yes. All membership features share one credit pool, and you can allocate it freely. Please note: if one feature uses up your credits, other features will also be affected. In addition, Kimi Code has a separate 5-hour-per-week limit that applies only to Kimi Code.
Are paid services refundable?
Paid services are virtual services. Once successfully purchased and activated, they are deemed consumed. Unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, they cannot be refunded or transferred. Please carefully check the service and benefit details, price, and validity period before purchase.
Reminder on purchases by minors
Minors under the age of 18 should read the relevant agreements under the guidance of their guardians and may purchase paid services only with guardian consent. Guardians should properly safeguard accounts, devices, and passwords to prevent minors from making paid purchases without consent.
