Cancel Auto-Renewal

If you no longer need your Kimi membership, you can cancel auto-renewal at any time. After cancellation, your membership benefits will remain valid for the current billing cycle and will not renew after they expire.

How do I cancel a recurring subscription?

Choose the cancellation method that matches the channel you used to subscribe:

Cancel on a Kimi page

1. Log in to Kimi on the web or in the mobile App.
2. Go to “Settings → Subscription Management”.
3. Click “Cancel Auto-Renewal” or “Manage Subscription”.
4. Confirm the cancellation.

Cancel via WeChat

1. Open WeChat and go to “Me → Services → Wallet”.
2. Tap “Bills” in the upper-right corner → search for “Moonshot AI” → “Manage Payment Services” (or “Auto-Renewal”).
3. Find and tap the relevant payment bill.
4. Tap “Disable Payment Service” and confirm.

Cancel via Alipay

1. Open Alipay and go to “Me → Settings”.
2. Tap “Payment Settings → Password-Free Payment/Auto-Debit”.
3. Find “Kimi Membership” and tap to open it.
4. Tap “Disable Service” and confirm.

Cancel via Apple ID for iOS users

1. Open “Settings” on your iPhone.
2. Tap your Apple ID profile picture at the top.
3. Go to “Subscriptions”.
4. Find your “Kimi” subscription and tap “Cancel Subscription”.

Cancel on Mac

1. Open the App Store on your Mac.
2. Click your profile picture in the lower-left corner → “Account Settings”.
3. In “Subscriptions”, find “Kimi” and click “Manage”.
4. Select “Cancel Subscription” and confirm.
